Terms of Service - Rafunion

Welcome to RAF UNION, a people-powered cooperative committed to collective wealth, food security, and community empowerment. By registering as a member or participating in any RAF UNION activity, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service:

1. Eligibility for Membership

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Those under 18 may join only under the guidance and supervision of a registered guardian who is an active member of the cooperative. All members must provide accurate personal information and comply with verification requirements.

2. Acceptance of Cooperative Principles

By joining RAF UNION, you commit to the cooperative values of trust, transparency, unity, and mutual growth. Members must operate with integrity and respect the rights and contributions of others in the network.

3. Membership Obligations

Each member must:

Fulfill agreed contributions to trust systems, networks, or programs.
Participate in team or group activities when required.
Avoid spreading false information or defaming the cooperative or its members.
Maintain respectful and professional conduct in all RAF UNION platforms, forums, and events.

4. Use of Cooperative Services

Members gain access to services such as:

Participation in the R-Trust Fund Matrix
Access to business and food grants
Interest-free support systems
Training and advisory services
Use of these services must be aligned with cooperative rules and may be withdrawn in cases of misconduct or fraud.

5. Trust Fund & Reward Participation

All contributions to trust funds are voluntary and made at the member’s discretion.
Earnings from reward systems (e.g., R-Trust Fund) are based on participation and network growth.
RAF UNION is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Members must understand and accept the cooperative, long-term nature of returns.

6. Code of Conduct

Unethical behavior, such as:

Spamming or scamming other members,
Multiple fake registrations,
Misrepresentation of cooperative programs,
Misuse of community funds,
…will result in suspension or permanent removal from the cooperative.

7. Data Privacy

RAF UNION is committed to protecting your personal data. Information you provide will be used only for cooperative purposes and will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent. Refer to our full Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Content Sharing & Media Use

By participating in RAF UNION activities, you grant the cooperative the right to use non-sensitive content (photos, testimonials, or event participation) for promotional or educational purposes unless you opt out in writing.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes among members or between a member and the cooperative shall be resolved through mediation within the cooperative system. External legal action may only be taken as a last resort and must follow all internal conflict resolution steps first.

10. Amendments

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our cooperative structure, legal requirements, or community needs. Members will be notified of any major updates.
